Retailing eFusjon... is it just another "matter of perspective"?
I should mention that I have approached the retailing of eFusjon with the same "matter of perspective" attitude I wrote about in a previous blog. Although retailing eFusjon for a profit should be a primary goal there are a host of other benefits that come from the retail effort including product branding and the chance for a large amount of people to actually try the drinks.
There is a lot to say about people actually getting a chance to try a product and deciding for themselves if they like it. To illustrate what I mean I'm going to refer to the quick story about the bringing to market of 3M's Post-it®. I hope that it helps you to not forget to look at the big picture. Don't worry, as I mentioned earlier the intent is to retail eFusjon for a profit and I am more than positive there is a way to do that very successfully but for now I think there is a great lesson in this story. In the story the words Post-It and eFusjon could almost be interchangeable...
The Post-it® has become a standard office feature around the world as well as a subculture to artists. Everywhere you go you will find Post-its® that come in all shapes sizes and colors. The Post-it®. earns 3M Millions annually. It's hard to believe that in the beginning, 3M's revolutionary invention was almost thrown into the waste basket. Although the story behind the creation of the product itself is one of "by accident" I am only going to discuss the near "accidental' way that 3M's marketers finally determined they had a success on their hands and ultimately a product you will more than likely find in any office around the globe, the Post-it®.
The Post-it® failed in it's initial 4 test markets. Customers could not see the benefit of paying extra for a small colorful notepad. Sales of the product in these test markets were far less than hopefully anticipated and the executives at 3M were now uncertain of their products marketability. It wasn't until they took a closer look at their sales data that they discovered one particular store which had actually SOLD OUT of all it's pads. Eager to discover why this particular store was so successful the top executives called the store owner to inquire. The executives soon discovered that this particular store owner had offered "FREE" samples of the pads for people to try. Almost everyone that had a chance to "TRY" the new product were more than happy to turn around and purchase the product.
A redirected marketing strategy saw 3M sales representatives making house calls to distribute free pads and perform free demos in banks and malls, which eventually ingrained the concept of the product into the consumers’ minds. The rest is history.

I Hate Network Marketing!

I first want to begin by stating that I really like the eFusjon Energy Club! I like it so much that it's safe to say I might be a little fanatical at this point. Just ask my family. I like the drinks. I really do. I think they taste great and that's reason enough for me to drink them all the time. Add in the fact that they're much better for you than your average cup of coffee (a habit that I wanted to give up)... and I'm good. I like all the interesting people I have met along the way since becoming a member of the e Club. It's nice to have a connection with people who share a common desire. Perhaps what I like most about the Club is the marketing aspect of My eFusjon Business. I like how the way I choose to share and market both the products and the business is ultimately MY CHOICE. It is of course, My eFusjon Business. Since being in eFusjon I've discovered my passion for marketing and more specifically - marketing in the time of the "e" COMMERCE era. I like the study of human nature and discovering what are people's HOT BUTTONS. I think it's safe to say being a part of the eFusjon energy Club has been rewarding in many more ways than just a way to make money. It's been rewarding in ways I never imagined and it's simply something I'm extremely passionate about.
That being said I want to be clear about something...
I DON'T LIKE NETWORK MARKETING!
Yep, just in case you didn't hear me the first time...
I HATE NETWORK MARKETING. OK, perhaps I should rephrase that last comment...
I REALLY HATE NETWORK MARKETING!
And to be honest with you... I don't think too many other people like it either!
At Team Executive USA (which is the official name of MY eFusjon business) the new motto is...
"eFusjon for the rest of us"
because...
"We DON'T DO traditional network marketing!"
I cringe when ever I hear phrases like "Once In A Life Time Opportunity", "Ground Floor", "Pre Launch" or "Get Your Spot Now!" How about "give me a break!"
I'm not too comfortable bringing strangers into my house so that I can show them a Power Point presentation! I have dogs!
Why should I have to write down a list of a hundred of my friends and family members? I have over a thousand friends of facebook?
You get the idea.
I don't like how "typical network marketers" like to over complicate things and take themselves way too seriously. I don't think any of it is necessary! It's especially not necessary with eFusjon.
With eFusjon it's simple... you either in the club or your not. Lately there's been all this talk about how eFusjon's compensation plan is the only compensation plan that can be fully explained in under three minutes. Well how about I explain it in two quick sentences. "You make money by bringing people into the club. The more you and your friends bring other friends into the club the more money you and your friends make!" You either get it or you don't.... next!
We DON'T want you to make a list of your friends so that you can bother them,
but We DO like you to MAKE NEW FRIENDS!
We DON'T want you to get on a "three-way" conference call,
but We DO like to POST SOMETHING ON YOUR WALL!
We DON'T want to be your rah rah cheerleader,
but We Do want to GIVE YOU PROPS!
We DON'T want you to talk to strangers,
But We DO like you to TALK TO NEW FRIENDS!
And MOST IMPORTANTLY we DON'T want to have to convince you of anything,
But We DO want you to DECIDE FOR YOURSELF!
From hear on out your not going to get too much of the "hey you should get into eFusjon because it's the best thing ever.. no really". That's been replaced by "hey check out this person look at what they like to do". I'm officially turning my Facebook Disk Jockey voice OFF. From here on out it's going to be about just keeping it simple and real . If you want to learn more about eFusjon just ask.

Our "How"

I recently shared with everyone my “WHY” regarding to “why” I am a member of the eFusjon Energy Club. Now I feel it’s just as important to share with everyone my “HOW”. “How” Team Executive USA and myself plan on becoming among the top earners in eFusjon. I’m referring to “how” Team Executive USA’s new business plan is going to explode the team’s growth and perhaps create a chain reaction that will undoubtedly impact not only eFusjon but also the entire MLM industry in a positive way.
Team Executive USA’s strategic plan differs considerably from how most have been approaching the eFusjon business. Up to now, the eFusjon business model has been based around the revolutionary and wonderful idea of “getting your 3” and then replicating this process. Many have had amazing success implementing this simple yet powerful business-building concept. Numerous tools have been created and provided to help everyone market and share the business to individuals and organizations. Some of these tools include unparalleled social network applications and games that help with branding the company. Other tools include automated lead capture generators that gather contact information from potential prospects. Numerous videos, PowerPoint presentations and countless bits of information have been circulated to help everyone build their business. All of these numerous tools and strategies are truly wonderful and have lead many to great success within eFusjon. That being said, Team Executive USA’s strategic plan clearly lays comparatively “outside the box”.
We wanted to offer individuals a business plan that would not only grow their business quickly but would help grow the entire Team as well! We knew we needed to offer any possible new member a plan that would give them the ability to invest into the Team Executive USA – eFusjon business while always maintaining a positive cash flow? In other words, we wanted to offer a solution that gives the individual the ability to always be in the black as apposed to ever being in the red! This meant that an individual would have to reach the level of Executive, the “break even” point, and earn a substantial return on investment within their VERY FIRST MONTH of being in the club! If we could come up with a business plan that could offer these milestones within their first month there would simply be no reason for anyone to not want to join our club!
We ultimately found the answer right under our noses. By utilizing (in a new way) and capitalizing on ALL of the eFusjon Energy Club’s upfront Bonus incentives and the monthly residual compensation plan already in place, we created a business plan that delivers on everything we wanted to offer a new club member!
The key to the entire plan is ironically not the plan itself but in the ability to identify the type of person who, once presented with the plan, can clearly see how they will be successful with it. I owe a great deal of gratitude to a gentleman in my up-line for teaching me a simple way for determining who these types of people are. He asked that I rate myself a seven on a scale of 1 to 10. I was a seven he explained, because I had the ability to recognize a great business opportunity, believed I could execute the plan and was willing to invest the time and effort to do so. Then he explained you simply should not present the plan to anyone unless you can rate that person as a seven, eight, nine or ten on that very same scale. Anytime spent trying to convince someone they should invest into the business after you have already shared the plan with them is simply time wasted. In other words, the plan speaks for itself. The key to the plan is to find successful, business minded individuals with track records of being able to recognize a solid business plan and who immediately capitalize on it once they do.
At Team Executive USA we feel that our strategic business plan is the icing on the cake to the wonderful eFusjon business opportunity. There is a seemingly endless list of reasons why the eFusjon Energy Club is undoubtedly a business that many around the world should take the time to find out more about. It all begins with the amazing healthy beverages that you gain access to through the club. This of course is followed by the numerous ways the company compensates you for sharing the business to others and the numerous innovative tools provided to help you achieve success. Lets not forget the priceless friendships you build with other club members along the way. Finally, when you add Team Executive USA’s “HOW” strategic business plan on top of it all… to those who have the eye for success, it becomes an unquestionable business to get into.

This Isn't Amway... This is The eFusjon Energy Club!
When it was first suggested to my fiance' and I that we might want to take a look at a "new" "business opportunity" we both immediately said "NO THANK YOU!" Right away we both conjured up our negative ideas of what getting involved with anything that had to do with the term "Network Marketing" meant. The idea of being in a business where we would have to endlessly approach strangers off the street with yet another "business opportunity" was simply not appealing to us. The idea that we would have to constantly attend long boring rah rah meetings where someone with at laser pointer pointed at charts and graphs on a wall was not our idea of a "good time". Although neither one of us really new much about the network marketing industry first hand, we had both had heard so much disinformation that we had decided it would be best to ignore the idea altogether.Luckily, the person who wanted to introduce us to the business was a bit persistent. All they asked that we do was to just take a moment to watch a quick video. After realizing that we sometimes spend hours watching "cats playing the piano" on Youtube, we decided that it wouldn't hurt to watch.
To our surprise, the short video explained the entire "business opportunity" in just a few minutes. The business concept was so easy to understand that there wasn't any real further explanation necessary. It's so simple that I can explain in just a few sentences....

Regular or Unleaded?

There's an obvious reason why owners of exotic cars choose to fill up their tanks with only the highest quality of premium lead-free fuels. They want their high performance engines to run at the highest peak performance possible while maintaining the life of their expensive automotive investments.

It's all a matter of your perspective.

I want to take the time today to share with you a change of perspective I recently shared with someone that made them look at things a lot differently and I believe will have you taking a much closer look at the eFusjon Energy Club.
I first want you to ask yourself a simple question. Do you realize how much money you spend on drinking beverages everyday and how much you spent just today?
This includes your morning cup of coffee or juice, your tea at tea time, your soda at lunchtime, your water throughout the day, your energy drink before your workout & your protein shake afterword, your beers or cocktails at happy hour and your glass of milk before bedtime. I want you to include everything in the form of something you drank today and add up how much it cost you. Chances are you spent more than you realized. In fact, when it comes to the cost of what we consume as beverages most people take for granted what they actually spend on a daily or weekly basis. When you consider that these days a cup of coffee can cost a few bucks (not including tip) and a few bottles of water a day can cost even more, you start to realize that the cost of our daily consumption of beverages really adds up! That doesn't even include how much you poor down the sink and I won't even mention the cost for those of you who have children to consider.
Like I said, I was recently having a conversation with someone who is considering joining the eFusjon Energy Club. The first thing I ever tell anyone about eFusjon is what it takes to be a part of the "business side" of the company. By that I mean what it ultimately takes to be a part of the compensation plan. For those of you who don't know, it's as follows...
- You pay a "one-time-only" fee of $30 to become a member of the club.
- In order to be a part of the compensation plan you generate $120 (4 cases=48 cans) worth of sales volume each month.
- Tax+shipping on the $120 worth of sales volume = approximately $46
Yes, that's right, $166 a month I told the person. I could tell he was a little taken back when I told him the cost. His immediate response was "wow, $166 a month for an energy drink"? That's when I asked that he change his perspective. I went on to point out that if he were to divide $166 by 30 days in a month it comes to roughly only $5.50 a day!
So let's see, I told him... for just $5.50 a day you not only get to drink an amazing healthy beverage that includes all natural ingredients including some of today's super foods like the Acai berry, Quercetin, Mangosteen and Pashion fruit just to name a few, but you also have the opportunity to have your own business earning anywhere from a few hundred dollars a month to tens and even hundreds of thousands of dollars a month!

- Or is it because you rather spend $5.50 a day drinking something else that probably isn't all that healthy for you and doesn't help you earn money?
When it comes to success it often really IS just a matter of your perspective that makes all the difference. It's about how you choose to look at things. Chances are you probably don't realize how much you spend on what you drink every day. So when it comes to the eFusjon Energy Club isn't it time you try to change your perspective?

Landing pages are growing in use and productivity as websites are declining. A landing page is essentially a contact gathering page. There have been many updates to our landing pages. Revisit and start using them as a tool to gather interest in your business. Email, Facebook, Linkedin and Myspace are only a few places to send your pages.

Within a matter of seconds of someone opening your landing page and entering their info for more information, you will have a text sent to you telling you who opened the page along with their cell # and email. Our landing pages are linked to 130 social networks!

Our Bulk order Program
eFusjon has a dedicated Team (eVolume) to help negotiate the account. Once you start to contact an account, you must email them at evolume@efusjon.com. # 541-306-6988. You are asked to email first. They will tell you if anyone else is already working that account and if the account qualifies to be in the program.
When the account has been negotiated and the payment made, you will receive a 15% commission on the product purchase. An additional 15% will be distributed through your matrix! This is not a one-time commission. You will be paid that 15% every time the order is placed! But you must have eFusjon’s approval before actually contacting the account.
As of today, the minimum order will be 1 pallet. That consists of 225 12 paks. It will have an English label, no barcodes and initially only be available in the US. Smaller orders are being looked at as well.

With the simple power of 3 once again, your site will be free! Everyone, not just eFusjon distributors, can do the same and make a profit.
Do you see where eFusjon is going here? We want to have people from all over the world using Earth Elite (eFusjon Earth), and getting used to signing up 3 to use it as well. While on Earth Elite, they will see and eventually learn about the eFusjon Energy Club, without even realizing it. Efusjon is branding the Energy Club all around the world before we even get there! This is going to be a powerful tool in building our name and spreading awareness of the eFusjon Energy Club.
Energy Elite, which is on Earth Elite, is all about the product education.
In summation, eFusjon has created our own social networking platform that everyone, in and not in eFusjon, will want to join. In doing so, the Energy Club will spread all around the world and be ready to go when we hit that country. Also, it will brand us all over the US and help us all in our ability to get our 3!
In other news, the S3Global.com site will be available for all eFusjon distributors in a couple weeks. On this site, you will have presentations, training, call schedules and all info related to building your business. It is a ‘Distributor’ site and not a corporate site. All the info on S3Global will be done by and for distributors. There will be a DVD, flip charts and other tools to help, all of which will be on the site.
Those are the notes I took, but there is so much more that I just can’t convey in an email or even in person. There was just an atmosphere there that was electric. There was zero rah rah. Only facts and information to help us build eFusjon all around the world. Rob, Aaron, Keith and the whole eFusjon staff did a phenomenal job.
Closing out, we are no longer in a holding pattern. We are where we have envisioned from day 1. There is no more wait for this or wait for that. It’s here! Now it’s up to us all to go and build our businesses. We know now that no one is going to do it for us. But wait, what is it we have to do? Get 3 people! Period! Same as before, except now, we have the tools, training and technology to help. The comp plan is set in stone and will never change. No more wondering if something will change or be taken away.
My suggestion? Say very little to a lot of people. We will be doing training soon and it will also be on the site. Use the tools that have been developed and build a huge business. Your income is limited only to what you are willing to do.
I encourage each and every one of you to do this: Sponsor 1 person a month for the next 6 months. If you can do 3 a month, great! Even better! But sponsor someone new every month for the next 6 months and watch as your business explodes.
